A guest lecture on ‘Guest Lecture on Awareness of Life and World Hepatitis Day’ by Dr. Shobhna Bansal, Civil surgeon, Civil Hospital, Jalandhar was organized in collaboration with Red Cross Society. The Resource Person raised awareness about hepatitis, a group of infectious diseases that primarily affect the liver. The main objective was to educate about different types of hepatitis and to promote early diagnosis and treatment. Students were informed about causes, symptoms and precautions of hepatitis with special emphasis om safe drinking water, hygiene and vaccination.
