On the onset of the new year and to celebrate the same with zeal and zest, Cooking Competition was organized by the Department of Home Science to enhance the creative and innovative skills of the students. Participants from all the streams of the college enthusiastically showcased their new ideas for the preparation and presentation of various Snacks and Sweet dishes. Dr.Kiran Arora, Principal SD College appreciated the students for the eye appealing dishes made by all the participants Students offered the dishes to Principal Madam. Winners of the Competition were felicitated by Mam. Madam encouraged and motivated all the students. Winners of the Competition were awarded. For Sweet dish, Kanika and Simran bagged Ist Position, Himani got IInd rank and Muskan Kalra got IIIrd position. Geetika won Consolation Prize. For Snacks, Divpriya, Yukta and Alisha bagged Ist ,IInd and IIIrd position respectively.
